it's ALIVE!

CD

MACAW, a Cleveland area AMERICAN WORLDBEAT BAND, works exclusively with me for the creation of their colorful CD packages. This lizard themed border started with their last CD entitled "SURVIVAL" where I employed a similar border technique and had the little lizards crawling in and out of photos and across the pages of the insert. When they approached me for designing their LIVE CD, I immediately jumped at the chance to bring the little sucker to life. "IT'S ALIVE!!!

Portraits of Children

Although this isn't the best reproduction of the actual image, it is one of my favorite pencil portraits. The client was giving it as a gift for Christmas and there was no time for photographing it. They sent me a photocopy which I scanned this from but unfortunately it lost a lot of detail.

I do pencil portraits of people and occasionally pets. My clients have always been very happy with the results.

 COFFEE STAINS

Since you can't make out the type, it goes as follows:

Panel 1: Scott: Snowy weekends were made for lovers.

Panel 2: Scott: So I get a dog.

Panel 3: Keegan: Earth to Scott...Come in Scott...Hey, what's wrong pal?

Panel 4: Scott: Nothin'. Let's go for a walk.

Panel 5: (walking)

Panel 6: Scott: So how come when you want something really bad, you don't get it - and when you're not lookin' it just happens?

Keegan: So THAT'S how it works!
